Privacy
Sports Cards Near Me does not set cookies, does not run ad networks or ad-tech trackers, does not have user accounts, and does not sell or share data with anyone. It uses a privacy-first analytics tool that counts visits without identifying visitors. If you submit one of our forms or email us, we keep what you send so we can act on it.

What this site does not do
No cookies are set by this site. There are no accounts, no logins, and no ad network, ad-tech tracker or retargeting pixel runs here. If a paid Featured listing appears on a page in future, it will be ordinary content served from this site and clearly labelled as a paid advertisement — not an ad delivered by a third party, and it will not track you. Nothing you do here is sold, rented, or shared with a data broker, and there is no email list to be added to. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third-party font provider.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and rough traffic patterns without cookies and without building a profile of you — it is specifically designed not to identify individual visitors, and we cannot use it to single anyone out. That is why it was chosen over the more common alternatives.
The map
Pages with an interactive map load it from Mapbox, and only when such a page is opened. Loading map tiles means Mapbox receives your IP address and the map area being viewed, the same as any embedded map. If you never open a page with a map, Mapbox is never contacted. Their handling of that request is governed by Mapbox's own privacy policy.
Forms
The suggest-a-store, add-a-show, and verified-reseller forms are Google Forms. Anything you type into them goes to Google and then into a private spreadsheet only I can see. What is collected is what the form asks for — typically a business name, address, and contact details — plus, on some forms, your email address so a submission can be followed up on. Google's own privacy policy covers their part of that.
Submitting a shop or show means asking for it to be published, so the business details you send are intended to appear publicly. Your email address is not published. The verified-reseller form is different: it exists specifically to publish a profile, so what appears on the resellers page is what that person asked to have shown there.
If you email slabsavvycpa@gmail.com, I keep the message so I can reply and act on it. Nothing else happens to it.
Hosting
The site is static and hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub receives the requests needed to serve a page, including your IP address, and handles those under its own terms. There is no database here and no server-side code that stores anything about you.
Links to other sites
This directory links out to shops' own websites and social pages, ticket platforms, and grading companies. Once you follow a link, you are on their site under their rules — nothing in this policy applies there.
Your requests
Email slabsavvycpa@gmail.com and I will act on it. Shop owners can ask to have a listing corrected or removed entirely, no reason required. If you have submitted a form and want what you sent deleted, say so and it will be deleted. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can also ask what personal information is held about you; given how little this site collects, the honest answer is usually "nothing beyond a form you filled in."
Changes
If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. See the About page for who runs this directory, where listings come from, and how corrections work.
