It's a genuinely different experience than mailing cards to California, not just a marketing location.

Hours around statutory holidays can shift, so if you're planning a special trip, it's worth checking PSA's Mississauga info page directly before you go — we'd rather send you to the source than risk printing a schedule that's since changed.
How In-Person Drop-Off Actually Works
Dropping cards off at PSA Canada isn't a walk-in-with-a-shoebox process — PSA has you do the paperwork online first, then bring the cards to match it. Based on PSA's own submission instructions, the flow looks like this:
- Build your submission through PSA's online Submission Centre before you go, the same as any other route.
- Organize your cards in the same order they appear on your submission confirmation — it makes checking your items in at the counter faster.
- Bring your cards along with either the QR code from your digital confirmation or a printed copy of it.
- Your submission becomes official once PSA physically receives the cards at the counter, not when you complete the online form.
- After that, you track your submission's progress the same way as any other route — through PSA's own account tools.
In other words: the online submission is the actual paperwork, and the Mississauga visit is where you hand over the cards that match it — not a substitute for the online step.
How to Pack What You're Bringing
PSA's own guidance is that standard cards should travel in a flexible, protective holder — a Card Saver I is the one PSA names specifically — ideally with a soft penny sleeve inside it for extra protection, rather than loose or in a hard case. Top loaders and hard acrylic holders on standard cards can cause delays at intake and won't be returned to you, so leave those at home for anything but genuinely thick items. Double-check PSA's current submission instructions before you pack, since exact packaging requirements are the kind of detail that's worth confirming fresh rather than relying on a guide that could be a season out of date.
